Corporate & Institutional Storytelling Engagements

I bring the ancient art of storytelling to boardrooms, leadership summits, and educational institutions to help teams listen deeply and connect with their collective purpose.

At Technip FMC in Noida, I was invited to speak on Women's Day about gender sensitivity and inclusion. I shared my own journey, and through the honesty of storytelling, we created a space for connection and reflection among 200 employees.

A wide view of the engaged audience at Technip FMC. It is always powerful to see a mixed group of professionals lean in to listen, proving that stories are a fundamental way we connect, regardless of the setting.

An audience of stalwarts at the IIM Bangalore Orators club, listening with complete attention. Even when I feel nervous, the moment I take the stage, the words flow and I can feel the audience in sync with my thoughts.

It was an honor to be felicitated at the IIMB Orators Club installation ceremony. Moments like these are a testament to the power of storytelling to bridge the worlds of art and academia.

A standing ovation at IIM Bangalore. This was a great moment of truth, feeling the applause for over 10 minutes. It is a powerful affirmation of the connection we built through stories during the session.

This poster announced my keynote speech at the IIMB Orators Club. The theme was 'Connect & Conquer', a perfect summary of how I believe storytelling empowers us to build bridges and explore new frontiers.

The first day back for teachers at The Shriram School in Delhi. I led them on a journey, and by the end, the workshop on storytelling had filled them with new energy for the classroom.

About this collection

When I stand before a corporate audience or a room of educators, I do not just speak; I facilitate a space. Using a blend of anecdotes and interactive methods, I help teams move past the noise and find their Antardhwani (inner voice). Whether it is a keynote on inclusion or a leadership workshop, my focus is on ensuring every participant leaves with a shift in perspective, not just a set of notes.

Storytelling is rarely used as a business tool, but I have found that it is the most effective way to drive complex messages home. In my engagements with organizations like Technip FMC and institutions like IIM Bangalore, I have seen how a well-placed narrative can dismantle barriers. When I spoke at the IIMB Orators Club, the theme was 'Connect & Conquer,' which is essentially what I do: I use the narrative arc to teach teams how to build bridges in their professional environments.

My sessions are never passive lectures. They are immersive experiences that might include puppets, masks, or rhythmic exercises to disrupt the standard corporate flow. We explore themes like gender sensitivity, leadership, and diversity by stepping outside the traditional seminar format.

For schools and universities, I conduct intensive workshops for faculty, such as my sessions at The Shriram School and Heritage International Xperiential School. Here, the focus shifts to using storytelling as a pedagogy to boost engagement in the classroom. Whether it is a 90-minute keynote or a half-day interactive workshop, the content is always customized to the specific needs of the gathering. We do not just talk about communication; we practice the art of listening, which is the foundation of all professional growth.
