I designed the Red and Agra Fort projects as sanctuaries. We mixed calming, soft color palettes with hidden, automated tech, proving your home can be peaceful and smart at the same time.

The living room of the Red Fort Project uses a calm, soft color palette to create a tranquil atmosphere. The light blue L-shaped sofa with red piping adds a subtle pop of color against the textured beige walls.

The dining area in the Red Fort Project features a custom marble table with sculptural black marble legs. We used mismatched pastel chairs to add a touch of playfulness to the serene, earthy palette.

A tour of the master bedroom in the Red Fort Project. The room is a mix of rest and productivity, with a calm color scheme, a comfortable study table, and folding doors that open onto a beautiful deck.

The master bedroom in the Red Fort Project features a custom four-poster bed and a blush pink headboard. The floral curtains add a touch of pattern and color to the otherwise soothing and neutral space.

A view from the master bedroom out to the open deck. The seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces makes the room feel larger and more connected to nature.

This video shows the playful and functional kids' room in the Red Fort Project. It features a loft bed, a cozy nook, a study table, and a soft, happy color scheme.

The living room of the Agra Fort Project was designed to maximize the awesome view of the spiritual valley. The space is filled with natural light and features soft, organic curves and a calming, neutral palette.

Another view of the Agra Fort living room, showing the built-in wall niches and curved banquette seating for the dining area. The design focuses on creating a seamless, flowing space with soft, rounded forms.

This video demonstrates the "kreazy" automated Murphy bed in the Agra Fort Project. The bed folds away to reveal a couch, freeing up floor space and adding a whole new function to the room.

The terrace attached to the bedroom in the Agra Fort Project is a cozy outdoor lounge. We used artificial turf and gorgeous backlit Vondom furniture to create a low-maintenance yet super stylish space for relaxing at night.

About The Fort Projects: Warmth & Functionality

In these projects, we didn't just pick furniture; we built the function into the architecture. Take the Agra Fort project: that automated Murphy bed doesn't just save space, it instantly converts the bedroom into a lounge. When we work together, we look for the friction in your daily routine and design hardware or layouts that solve those problems before you even realize it is an issue.

Whether it is the Red Fort or Agra Fort project, the goal was the same: stop making spaces that are just for looking. A home needs to work for you. In the Agra project, we had to get creative with a constrained floor plate. We installed an automated Murphy bed that reveals a couch, completely clearing the floor for movement. It is not just about the gadgetry. We paired this tech with soft, neutral palettes and organic curves to ensure the room stays a calm sanctuary, not a showroom.

For the Red Fort, the focus shifted to craftsmanship. We carved a mandir from solid white marble and designed a staircase that feels like sculpture. The kids’ room features a loft bed with a cozy reading nook and a secret storage ladder. This is the process: you get the automated, hidden-storage tech you need, wrapped in the calming, tactile finishes you want. We use marine-grade plywood for durability and custom stonework to add weight and permanence. If you are tired of standard modular boxes and want a home that actually adapts to your life, let's talk.

I am Karan. I do not do safe design. I chase the wild, mad ideas that make you feel something. If you want a space that is equal parts functional art and deeply personal, that is where I live.
