I focus on the construction details that you do not see but definitely feel. Every blouse I stitch includes 4-inch margins for easy adjustments later and high-quality cup padding, ensuring the fit stays crisp and comfortable from your first morning meeting to the last dance at a wedding.
When you choose a custom-stitched blouse, you are investing in a piece that works with your body, not against it. My process begins by understanding your fabric choice and the occasion. Whether it is a breathable slub cotton for an office day or a structured Banarasi brocade for a wedding, the foundation matters.
I use soft Mul-Cotton lining for sweat absorption in my everyday wear, while my festive pieces use fused interlining to ensure that crisp, sag-free look. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all. Instead, I specialize in tailoring silhouettes that flatter—from deep V-necks and sweetheart cuts to modern puff sleeves and zippered fronts.
Based out of my Santacruz studio in Mumbai, I work with a variety of textures including Chanderi silk, lush velvet, and breezy linen. If you have a saree waiting for its perfect partner, I can design a blouse that bridges the gap between old-school charm and modern trend. My goal is to ensure that when you wear my work, you feel the strength and grace that my mother taught me when she first started stitching.
