This is what a party looks like when I handle the food. This gourmet spread features a variety of my handmade dim sum and appetizers, all packed and ready to delight your guests.

See the sizzle for yourself. I can bring a live chef station to your event, grilling up dishes like these delicious tofu and vegetable skewers, ensuring everything is perfectly fresh and hot.

My take on the classic Nasi Goreng. This Indonesian fried rice is a complete meal, packed with flavor and served with chicken satay, a fried egg, and crispy crackers for that perfect texture.

It's all about that fresh, fluffy texture. I take pride in making my own bao buns, filled with savory goodness. It's the kind of quality you can see and taste.

Planning a party? I create custom menus with a variety of small plates and appetizers, like these Gochujang Lamb Chops and Orange Chicken, perfect for mingling and sharing.

You can't go wrong with a classic Thai Yellow Curry. Mine is rich, creamy, and full of fresh vegetables, served with jasmine rice. It's pure comfort in a bowl, delivered right to you.

A bite of my signature Sesame Prawn Toast. I use my house-made shokupan bread, top it with minced prawns, and fry it to golden perfection. It's a crowd-pleaser every time.
