People expected a corporate career after my degree, but I chose to chase my passion. This is my path from student to mehndi artist and mentor.

People thought I would get a regular job after my BMS degree, but I chose to follow my passion for mehndi. This video is a glimpse into my journey and my belief in chasing your dreams.

A proud moment winning second prize in a mehndi competition. The journey from being a 'mehndi wali' to a recognized mehndi artist takes hard work, dedication, and stepping out of your comfort zone.

Dream it, believe it, achieve it. This was my journey from Mumbai to Ahmedabad to learn from my guru. Manifesting your dreams works when you put in the effort.

My Guru Purnima tribute to my teacher, Jayshree Panchal. The art in my hands is a reflection of the knowledge she gave me. I am forever grateful for her guidance.

A dream come true moment with my mentor. Receiving my certificate from her was an unforgettable experience that has shaped my journey as an artist and a teacher.

A sweet moment of celebration with my guru after completing my course. Her encouragement and support mean the world to me.

Feeling so blessed to have learned from the best. Her humility and dedication are a true inspiration.

About this collection

People saw a BMS degree and expected a desk job; I saw a future in mehndi. It meant swapping corporate life for packed Mumbai trains, learning from experts in Ahmedabad, and practicing until my hands ached—because for me, this isn't just a design, it is my livelihood.

I started by doing what everyone else was doing, but I quickly realized that if I wanted to stand out as a mehndi artist, I had to master the craft properly. That led me to train under the best in the industry in Ahmedabad, earning my certification and the confidence to stop being just a 'mehndi wali' and become a professional.

My classroom at Mulund isn't just about drawing lines; it's about teaching young women how to build their own business. I share the reality of the work—the long hours, the travel, and the technical side of mixing organic henna paste—so my students leave with more than just a certificate. They leave with a business mindset.

Whether you are a bride looking for custom storytelling in your bridal mehndi or a student wanting to learn from the ground up, know that my approach is rooted in hard work. I use only my own organic, skin-safe cones and I treat every client, whether for a small festival event or a grand wedding, with the same dedication. If you are ready to learn or book a session, let’s get to work.
