I see architecture as a living story - every home carries the scent of memories, the weight of tradition, and the hope of new beginnings. At K2India, this is personal: I share this practice with my mother, Sunita, and together we make sure every project is a true conversation between heritage and today’s world.

Our Way of Designing

• We don’t chase trends or loud statements. Spaces should be timeless, letting your life and art shine.
• Nature is our biggest inspiration. Whether it’s a roof that follows the lay of the land or windows that open to green views, I want every home to breathe with its surroundings.
• I blend India’s rich past with modern Indian home design. If you want Vastu-compliant architecture, that’s in my toolkit too.

What We Build

• From ground-up new homes and villas to major custom residential renovations, I handle it all.
• I love reimagining old spaces - flipping a standard flat into something uniquely yours, maybe with a gym or sun-drenched study.
• Holiday houses? I’ve done peaceful retreats where comfort and nature balance out beautifully.

The Materials That Matter

• My love for materials is real - solid teak, hand-scooped woods, marbles like Armani Bronze, antique brass, light that shifts through big windows.
• Every detail, from stone finishes to the way daylight moves across a room, is chosen with care.
