Getting a complex, gravity-defying caricature or a scene-based cake to your venue through Mumbai's traffic isn't luck—it's engineering. I use internal food-safe dowels and sturdy, custom-built boxes to ensure that your carefully designed story reaches the table looking exactly as it did in my kitchen.
Creating a story cake starts long before I preheat the oven. My goal is to capture those elements in edible form so the cake becomes the centerpiece of your conversation.
How I Build Your Story
Most of these cakes involve sculpting. If you are looking for a caricature of a parent, a recreation of a classic Royal Enfield bike, or a scene from a retirement party, I focus on the tiny details. This often means hand-molding fondant figures, creating edible textures like 'leather' or 'fabric' for sarees, and using custom-built internal supports to keep the cake stable.
