I use internal food-safe dowels and sturdy, custom-built boxes to ensure that your carefully designed story reaches the table looking exactly as it did in my kitchen.
Creating a story cake starts long before I preheat the oven. It begins with your details—the specific way a person sits, their favorite color, a hobby they can't live without, or even the book they are currently reading. My goal is to capture those elements in edible form so the cake becomes the centerpiece of your conversation.
How I Build Your Story
Most of these cakes involve sculpting. If you are looking for a caricature of a parent, a recreation of a classic Royal Enfield bike, or a scene from a retirement party, I focus on the tiny details. This often means hand-molding fondant figures, creating edible textures like 'leather' or 'fabric' for sarees, and using custom-built internal supports to keep the cake stable.
