- Grading: Rough leveling of the sub-base followed by heavy water-drum rolling to prevent future sinking.
Soil Treatment
- Enrichment: Mixing 'Good Earth' (fertile soil) with cow dung manure in a 1:4 ratio.
- Protection: Application of chemical weedicides and Chlorpyrifos anti-termite treatment.
Turf Installation
- Laying: Installation of natural grass carpets (Bermuda, Selection No. 1, or Mexican).
- Finishing: Gap filling with sand-soil mix and first maintenance mowing.

- Treatment: Application of root growth hormones and fungicides to prevent transplant shock.

Started JP Gardens back in 1992. Been at it for 30+ years now, all over Delhi NCR. For us, every plant’s got its own vibe, and it needs the right spot to show off.
