Themed Birthday Prop Setup
Backdrop & Props
- Main Structure: 8ft x 8ft backdrop using a circular ring or rectangular frame with taut fabric or printed flex (customized to themes like Butterflies, Jungle, etc.).
- Cutouts: 3 to 5 large foam-board cutouts (2D characters or elements) attached to the backdrop.
- Display: Set of 3 cylindrical plinths (white or pastel) for cake and return gift placement.
Balloon Art & Lighting
- Garland: Semi-arch or L-shaped arrangement using approx. 300 to 400 latex balloons (mix of metallic, pastel, and confetti).
- Signage: Custom vinyl name sticker or neon-flex "Happy Birthday"/"One" signage.
- Lighting: 2 LED PAR can lights to wash the backdrop in theme colors.
Logistics
- Transport: Includes transport of props within 10km of Yeshwanthpur.
- Staff: Setup and breakdown by a team of 2 uniformed staff members.
- Timing: Setup completed 2 hours prior to the event; rental covers a standard 4 to 6 hour duration.
Standard Engagement Stage Decor (20ft)
Stage Structure
- Dimensions: Covers a standard 20ft (width) x 10ft (height) stage platform.
- Drapery: Multi-layered satin or lycra fabric designs (pleated, cross-draped, or scallop) in dual-tone colors.
- Flooring: Standard Red or Green carpeting for the stage floor.
Floral & Furniture
- Flowers: Mix of fresh seasonal flowers and high-quality artificial fillers. Includes one 20ft top truss runner, side bouquets, and sofa arrangements.
- Seating: One 2-seater "Couples Sofa" (White leatherette with gold/silver carving) or a traditional swing (Oonjal).
Lighting & Execution
- Illumination: 6 to 8 LED PAR lights for colored ambience plus 2 halogen focus lights.
- Team: Handover 3 hours before event start; dismantling immediately post-event.
Premium Grand Stage & Entrance Package
Grand Stage (30ft)
- Backdrop: Premium setup featuring a central artificial floral wall (8ft x 10ft) flanked by lattice panels or fairy-light curtains.
- Ceiling: Overhead decor with floral chandeliers or cascading wisteria vines.
- Furniture: Premium High-back "Royal" throne sofa in Gold or Champagne finish.
- Frontage: Floral runner along the front edge of the stage platform.
Entrance & Aisle
- Welcome Gate: Box-structure entrance arch fully covered in fabric and mixed florals.
- Signage: Personalized 3ft x 2ft welcome board on a decorated wooden easel.
- Walkway: Red carpet aisle lined with 6 Gold Metal Pedestals (3 per side) topped with large floral bouquets.
Lighting & Logistics
- Lighting: 10 to 12 LED PAR cans for color washing and 2 to 4 warm white focus lights.
- Transport: Dedicated truck for heavy material transport (Trusses, Sofa, Pedestals).
- Manpower: Full team of 8 to 10 staff for rapid setup and detailing.

Lighting & Atmosphere
- Lighting is a big deal for us - we use fairy light event setup, spotlights, and lanterns to make everything pop.
- Our own trucks bring all the stuff, and our team (in JFD shirts) handles the full setup, so you don’t have to stress.
