We arrive hours before your guests to ensure the stage, the entrance, and every single detail is exactly as we promised, so you can walk in and enjoy your celebration without checking on the work.

The Setup Workflow

- Transportation: We use our own trucks to move trusses, furniture, and delicate floral decor. This minimizes damage and ensures our equipment arrives on time, every time.
- On-Site Execution: Once we reach the venue, our uniformed team takes over. We handle the 20ft stage builds, floral wall installations, and lighting focus. We do not stop until the LED PAR cans are balanced and the entrance signage is straight.
