Getting the walkway right is more than just throwing down a carpet. For beach weddings or lawn venues in Mumbai, I use reflective vinyl sheets for a mirror finish that captures the sky and lighting, giving that 'walking on water' effect without the safety risks of actual glass. It transforms a simple passage into a focal point that really pops in your photos.

Types of Entrances We Create

• Mirror-Finish Aisles: This is a favorite for open lawns and beach weddings. By laying high-grade reflective vinyl over a plywood base, I can create a seamless, glass-like reflection of the sky, flowers, or mandap lights. It is safe, durable, and creates an incredible visual depth.
• Light Tunnels: For evening functions, fairy lights are a staple. I build these as tunnels or overhead canopies using sheer fabric drapes to diffuse the glow. We can mix these with hanging bells, floral clusters, or artificial ivy if you want that enchanted, rustic forest vibe.
• Floral Arches: Whether you want a dense, traditional floral arch or a modern, minimalist frame, the key is the density. I ensure the structural frame is sturdy enough to hold the weight of the flowers, and I usually mix artificial silk flowers with fresh petals to keep the look lush while staying within budget.

Designing for Your Venue

Every venue in Mumbai has its own rules. If you are in a banquet hall, I work with the existing ceiling heights to create a radial draping effect that draws the eye toward the entrance. If we are working on a beach, I focus on stabilizing structures against the wind using ground pegs and weighted bases.
