A quiet moment captured at Amanjena in Marrakesh. This shot frames the resort's iconic architecture and serene pool, showcasing the kind of luxury hotel photography I create for high-end brands like Aman and Tom Ford Beauty.
This cinematic film for the Four Seasons in Santa Fe follows a guest's journey. It captures the entire experience, from arrival to exploring the local culture, showing how I tell a complete story for a destination.
Freediving in Aruba allows for incredible encounters like this one. My underwater photography captures the magic of marine life, a unique offering for coastal resorts looking to highlight their natural surroundings.
An aerial view of lavender fields in Provence, shot with a DJI Mavic 3 drone. This top-down perspective reveals the landscape's patterns and textures, adding a graphic and compelling element to destination storytelling.
A short, moody film for The Mercer Hotel in SoHo, New York. This piece shows my cinematic approach to lifestyle content, using light and shadow to create a narrative feel within an urban hotel setting.
The dramatic cliffside architecture of Bonifacio, Corsica. This image captures the grand scale and unique character of a destination, showcasing how I frame landscapes to feel both epic and intimate.
Capturing the festive holiday atmosphere for the Fairmont Hotel in Hamburg. This project highlights my ability to create seasonal campaign content, focusing on the warm details and luxurious ambiance of the hotel during Christmas.
A motion-blur shot of a crosswalk in Ginza, Tokyo, taken with a Leica Q3. This technique captures the energy and movement of the city at night, demonstrating an artistic approach to urban and street photography.
A sunlit building meets the sea in St. Tropez. This is an example of my lifestyle destination imagery, focusing on the color, light, and architecture that give a location its signature feel.
About Featured
i don't just set up shots. whether i'm working with a leica q3 in tokyo or diving with my sub13 housing in aruba, i look for the feeling in the space. most shoots take about a week to color-grade, bringing that signature film contrast into your final deliverables.
my process is built on capturing the mood of a place rather than just documenting it. when i shoot for luxury hospitality brands, i treat the property like a lead character in a film. i use a mix of sony a1 for high-speed lifestyle moments and leica gear for those still, cinematic frames.
i’ve spent years refining my color grading in final cut pro and lightroom to move away from the overly processed, digital look. i want your images to feel lived-in and honest.
if you’re looking for a refresh on your social feeds, we can get a full set of editorial images and reels in a single day. for larger campaigns, i can help with the full narrative arc, including aerial drone work with my dji mavic 3 to set the scene and specialized underwater photography if your property features unique aquatic elements.
i travel constantly, so whether your project is in nyc, st tropez, or somewhere remote, i bring the same gear and the same eye for light. check my other collections for deeper dives into specific styles like my city explorations or underwater fine art.

i’m david, but most people just call me jetlag. i tell stories through cameras, bouncing between nyc and wherever the light is hitting best, usually with a leica or sony in hand.
