Instead, we carefully introduce new guests to the existing pack, respecting the seniority of our older regulars like Susie while ensuring even the shyest first-timers feel secure enough to join the play.

Whether it is a tiny Shih Tzu trying to get a majestic German Shepherd to play, or three different breeds piling up for an afternoon nap, we observe every interaction closely.
The Seniority Rule
You might be surprised to learn that size is rarely the deciding factor in our pack. Personality and age play a much bigger role. When a younger, high-energy Retriever wants to enter the cozy corner claimed by our 9-year-old resident, there is a whole unspoken language of asking for permission. We watch these moments unfold daily, stepping in only to ensure everyone remains safe and comfortable.
Why Socialization Matters
A day at our daycare is not just about keeping your pet busy. It is about emotional enrichment. Watching pups rush home happy, then bounce back to us the next day with tails wagging, tells us they are thriving. For shy dogs, the first few hours are spent observing.
