Leaving your dog for the first time is stressful for both of you. We specialize in helping shy or anxious pups settle in at their own pace in our home.

This is cutie pie Simba the Shih Tzu on his very first visit. He was a little hesitant at first, but his brave and feisty personality came out in no time! We are so proud of how quickly he settled in.

Nami and Zoe, two young Golden Retrievers, were just 6 and 7.5 months old on their first stay away from home. They were a bit shy initially but quickly became inseparable, giving each other the confidence to play and explore.

It was 9-year-old Hector's first time at a pet care facility, but this gentle giant took to us immediately. We went slow and gave him space, and soon he was exploring the patio like he owned the place.

Mila was sad and distant when she first arrived, as she'd had a bad experience at another boarding house. We gave her lots of love and patience, and soon she felt safe enough to make friends and play. Seeing this transformation is why we love what we do.

Charlie, who is 4 years old, had never been away from his home before and was very quiet for the first couple of days. But watching the other dogs play gave him the confidence to join in, and now he and Bagheera are nonstop playmates!

Reno the Shih Tzu was a bit feisty and took her time getting used to her vacation home. We gave her space to observe from her favorite spots, and now she loves the company and joins in all the fun.

Welcome to 7-month-old Enzo on his first holiday stay! He was a little shy, but being related to one of our regulars, Alisa, must have helped. He quickly came out of his shell and started playing.

About this collection

We handle first-timers by letting them observe the pack from a distance rather than forcing interaction. When a dog like Snowy or Hector arrives, we give them space to hide behind our legs or explore the patio solo until they feel ready to approach the other pups on their terms.

Our home at Royal Enclave in Jakkur is designed for comfort, not the chaos of large facilities. When a nervous pup arrives, we treat them as a family guest. Our daily routine is built around their individual needs. If they want to sleep on the cool marble floor in the kitchen, that is their choice. If they prefer to nap on the sofa, that is their spot.

We do not force socialization. We help dogs like Mila, who had a bad experience elsewhere, regain their confidence by watching others play without pressure. This builds trust. Once they see their friends having fun, they naturally join the pack. We maintain a low dog-to-human ratio to ensure we can hold space for anxious guests. We also manage pack dynamics, ensuring confident dogs respect the boundaries of the shy ones. Whether it is a tiny Shih Tzu or a large Retriever, we ensure every dog feels safe before we introduce them to a playmate.
