When we cook for a thousand guests, we treat it exactly like cooking for our own family. We do not use industrial pre-mixes or shortcuts because a legacy is not built on convenience. Whether it is a massive wedding reception or an intimate family lunch, the flavour remains consistent because these recipes have been perfected over seven decades of daily kitchen practice.
Our culinary journey began in 1952, and the philosophy in our kitchen remains unchanged. We believe that true hospitality is about generosity, which is why our portion sizes are generous and our ingredients are strictly fresh.
The 'No Shortcut' Commitment
In an age of instant mixes and mass production, we stand by the old way of doing things. Our Mutton Biryani 1952 is prepared with long-grain Basmati rice, slow-cooked meat, and the signature soft potato, requiring hours of patience rather than minutes of preparation. This commitment to the 'Dum' style of cooking ensures that the aroma and depth of flavour are locked in, not added later.
Handling Large-Scale Events
We have evolved from a small family kitchen to handling catering for large VIP parties and weddings, but our capacity hasn't changed our standards. We handle events where quality control is the biggest challenge. By managing our own logistics and kitchen output, we ensure that the food served at the end of the line tastes as fresh as the first plate.

We keep our service model straightforward.
- Advanced Planning: To maintain quality, we require at least one day's notice for bulk orders.
- Preparation: We prepare everything in our Dongri kitchen, ensuring strict quality control before it reaches your venue.
- Service: We treat your guests with the same respect we would show to visitors in our own home, ensuring smooth, attentive service throughout your event.
