About this collection
My process for ethnic wear shoots relies on tethered shooting, allowing you to review images live on a laptop as we work. This ensures we nail the fabric details, posing, and lighting in real-time, whether we are in my DLF Phase IV studio or at an outdoor location across Delhi NCR.
When shooting festive and ethnic collections, the challenge is capturing the depth of the embroidery and the drape of the fabric. My approach balances technical precision with creative styling. For studio sessions, I use strobe lighting setups that eliminate shadows, ensuring the focus remains entirely on the garment's design.
For outdoor editorial work, I utilize natural light to create drama and texture. I have worked with designers like Vandana Sethi to produce lookbooks that range from clean, full-body catalogue images to high-fashion portraits that emphasize the luxurious feel of bridal couture.
