We fix this by assessing your concrete depth first or building a custom-fabricated Mild Steel frame that anchors securely to your floor and walls, ensuring you can relax without worrying about safety.

Concrete Ceiling Installation
For homes with solid concrete ceilings, we provide professional mounting. This starts with a pre-installation check of the concrete strength to avoid hitting concealed electrical or plumbing lines. We use professional-grade Stainless Steel (SS 304) anchor fasteners rated to hold over 300 kg and perform precision core drilling to keep your ceiling plaster and paint intact. We finish every job with a load-bearing test.
Custom Metal Support Frames
If your balcony ceiling is not strong enough to support a swing, we do not force it. Instead, we fabricate a custom 14/16 gauge Mild Steel support structure. We design these to fit the exact dimensions of your balcony, floor-mounting them for maximum stability. After fabrication, we grind all weld joints for a smooth finish and apply industrial epoxy primer followed by enamel or PU paint to protect against moisture and rust.

For a complete solution, we offer a full package that includes the custom fabricated metal frame, a two-seater UV-protected synthetic rattan swing, and water-repellent cushions. This is our end-to-end service, where we handle everything from site design to the final installation and assembly.
