When I teach at my Dongri academy, we don't just watch slides. My students get hands-on experience by helping me manage actual client demos, learning how to handle real-world challenges like dry skin prep, watery eyes, and the crucial importance of a temperature-controlled environment for base longevity.

- Real-world Prep: We cover CTM (Cleansing, Toning, Moisturizing) in detail because your base is only as good as the prep. If the skin is dry, we use cream-based moisturizers, not gels.
- Bridal & Glam Tech: You will learn how to execute heavy glitter eyes, cut-crease techniques, and Pakistani-style glam. We also practice the 'baking' technique for that chiseled, flash-ready finish.
- The Business of Beauty: It is not just about the palette. I teach you how to manage a team, handle assistants, and communicate with clients to manage their expectations, like why an AC room is non-negotiable for 100% makeup staying power.
