About Urban & Hip Hop Sessions
We keep these sessions to 90 minutes of learning followed by 30 minutes of filming, so everyone walks away with a solid clip for their Instagram. It is a first-come, first-serve vibe, so show up ready to work, sweat, and catch the flow.
My Urban and Hip Hop classes are not about executing perfect steps in silence. We focus on musicality, groove, and that 'sahi vibe' (right vibe) that makes you forget everything else.
Whether we are exploring quick footwork in an Afrobeat segment or hitting hard in a Hip Hop routine, I structure each class to be inclusive. You will see me teaching everything from fresh urban patterns to classic flows. We frequently host these sessions at professional spaces like Big Dance Centre in Delhi, where the floor space is massive and the energy is unmatched.
What we actually do:
- Flow and Musicality: We spend time understanding the song, not just counting the steps. You will learn to move with the music, not against it.
- The Showcase: The final 30 minutes are for filming. We do small group performances so you get the camera time and the footage you need.
- The Community: It is not just about me teaching. It is about all of us in the room creating magic together. I love seeing my students add their own flavor to the routine.
Expect a mix of Afro, Hip Hop, and Urban choreography. The difficulty changes, but the energy stays high. If you are looking for a place to train, meet other dancers, and just have a blast, this is it. Let's get it.
