Success at our academy is not measured by the trophy alone, but by the countless hours spent practicing at Cross Maidan when the rest of the city is still asleep. When our students achieve, it serves as proof that consistent, humble hard work—not shortcuts—is the only way to reach the top. We celebrate these moments to show every new student that if you commit to the process, the results will follow.
At Macho Cricket Academy, we believe in the journey rather than just the final score. Our trophy cabinet and the news of our boys representing Mumbai or India are just markers of the effort put in during daily training sessions.
Why Our Process Works
When a student like Shaurya Patil scores two centuries in one match, or when Musheer Khan earns his India U19 cap, it validates the drills we run every morning. We do not focus on false bravado. We focus on:
- Red-soil adaptation: Essential for mastering the bounce on Mumbai pitches.
- New ball drills: Learning to control swing early in the innings.
- Mental toughness: Equipping players to handle the pressure of opening overs and tense finishes.
Building for the Future
We run the Macho Premier League to give our students real-game pressure, preparing them for official MCA tournaments like the Kalpesh Koli. We provide a path, but the student must provide the hunger. If you are aged 14 to 19 and ready to put in the work, this is where you start. It is not about talent alone; it is about who refuses to quit when the game gets hard.

I am Moin, and at Macho, cricket is a family commitment. My father, Naushad Khan, built this academy on the simple belief that hard work never goes to waste. We are not just making cricketers; we are raising athletes who respect the process as much as the result.
