To capture the golden age of travel, I transformed the bar into a journey on the Orient Express. Every detail, from the vintage luggage bar front and our concierge-attired staff to the classic cocktails served, was meticulously crafted to transport guests to an era of elegance and mystery.

My cocktails are a celebration of India's rich tapestry of flavors. This video showcases how I use authentic ingredients sourced from across the country, like Kashmiri saffron and Rajasthani spices, to craft drinks that tell a story of our heritage with every sip.

For a fun, filmi mehendi, I designed a DDLJ themed cocktail menu with playful drink names like "Ja Simran Ja... pee le apni PICANTE". We even created custom stirrers featuring the bride's face, making the experience deeply personal and unforgettable for the couple and their guests.

I love adding a touch of theatre to my service. Here, a simple garnish is transformed with a flash of fire, creating a dramatic and memorable moment for the guest. It's these small, surprising details that elevate a drink into an experience.

For an intergalactic-themed event, my team and I became NASA scientists for the night. We served out-of-this-world cocktails from a bar designed to look like a NASA control center, complete with a cosmic menu featuring slushes like 'The Purple Plum Mango Slush'.

This is an example of how I align my creations with a high-fashion theme. For a Hermès-inspired sundowner, I crafted this vibrant Aperol cocktail, complete with a custom-branded garnish that perfectly matched the event's luxurious and stylish atmosphere.
