Your drinks should taste as vibrant as your celebration. We take local favorites—from Kashmiri saffron to Kolkata's Gondhraj lime—and turn them into high-end cocktails that tell a true Indian story.

To celebrate Independence Day, my team and I pay tribute to our Indian heritage. We craft cocktails using ingredients from all corners of the country, like this Jamun Panna, served in traditional earthenware to honor the flavors that make our craft truly Indian.

For an event in Kolkata, I brought the spirit of Banaras to life through our cocktails. This Banarasi Paan Martini, served in a copper glass with a fresh betel leaf, was part of a menu that used traditional ingredients to create an authentic, regional experience.

For this sundowner, we embraced a vibrant South Indian theme. The bar was decorated with traditional elements, and our bartenders dressed in classic attire to serve refreshing drinks, creating a culturally rich and immersive welcome for the guests.

A closer look at our South Indian themed lunch event. Alongside a bar celebrating regional flavors, we also incorporated an Izakaya bar, offering a fusion of cultures that reflects our brand's innovative approach to beverage catering.

Celebrating Lohri with a desi twist. Our bar for this festive occasion featured a colorful, rustic setup with pinwheels and marigolds, serving cocktails like Masala Caipiroska and Imli High Ball that captured the vibrant spirit of the harvest festival.

Kashmir is not just beautiful; its ingredients are central to my craft. For this wedding in the valley, we created personalized cocktails with the couple's photo on the foam, celebrating their union amidst the very landscape that inspires our flavors.

About this collection

Forget standard mixers that taste the same at every event. We focus on regional identity, sourcing specific ingredients like fresh Gondhraj lime from Kolkata or creating a spiced betel leaf reduction for a Banarasi Paan Martini. If you are planning a destination wedding or a themed party, tell us about your hometown roots or venue location, and we will build a cocktail menu that captures the exact regional flavors of your memories.

Our approach to Indian-fusion mixology goes beyond simply adding spice to a drink. We design the entire beverage experience to reflect the geography and culture of your event.

The Art of Regional Mixology

We believe the best ingredients are found right here in India. Whether it is the earthy sweetness of jamun for a signature mule, the distinct heat of Rajasthani mirchi in a tequila infusion, or the floral notes of Darjeeling tea in a gin spritzer, we treat these elements with the same respect a chef treats gourmet produce.

Customization Beyond the Menu

We do not believe in one-size-fits-all. We tailor our bar setups to be the centerpiece of your event.

  • Thematic Integration: From the rustic decor of a Lohri celebration to the refined elegance of a Kashmir-inspired wedding, our bars are designed to match your visual aesthetic.
  • Personalized Details: We can print your story, logos, or even photos directly onto the cocktail foam.
  • Theatrical Elements: Our service includes molecular mixology, smoke bubbles, and interactive stations like spinning wheels, ensuring the bar is not just a place to get a drink but a place to gather and laugh.

We provide uniformed mixologists who understand the nuances of hospitality, ensuring that your guests enjoy a seamless experience from the first pour to the last toast. Whether you are hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale wedding, we bring the premium bar experience to you.

Rohit here. Sushant and I started this because we were tired of weddings having great food but boring drinks. We take the ingredients we grew up with—saffron, jamun, even spicy mirchi—and mix them into the kind of cocktails you would usually only find at high-end city bars.
