High-Performance Tennis Training and Coaching
We are a result-oriented academy based in Barakhamba, focused on building athletes from the ground up. Whether you are aiming for AITA tournaments or starting your first rally, our programs are designed to get you match-ready.
This is the dream I help my players achieve. Here is our trainee Niyati Kukreti, who rose from rank 135 to become the 4th ranked player in the U-16 AITA circuit and went on to represent India at the Billie Jean King Cup.
A glimpse into our morning practice sessions at the academy. This is where our players put in the hard work, refining their technique and building the stamina required for competitive tennis.
Results speak for themselves. This timeline shows how our trainee Mahika Khanna went from being ranked 15th to 7th on the AITA U-14 circuit and won national titles, all within 12 months of joining our long-term athlete development program.
I believe in providing the best mentorship, which is why our programs are led by top coaches like Todd Clark. His ATP certification and expertise as a Certified Tennis Performance Specialist ensure our players receive world-class guidance.
Our training programs are designed to produce winners at all levels. I congratulate our high-performance trainee Suraj Prabodh on his dominant victory in both the singles and doubles categories at the Chandigarh AITA Men's 1 Lac Tournament.
A proud moment for us with our students and coaches at the launch of our new high-performance program. This group represents the energy, diversity, and ambition that defines our academy community.
Technical excellence is key. In this private coaching session, our coach Metba K. Phom works with a 12-year-old player on the specific mechanics of hitting a low forehand with topspin and making correct contact on high balls.
About Featured
Our training isn't just about hitting balls; it’s about structured development that mirrors the competitive circuit. We don't believe in generic drill sessions. Instead, we use a specific pathway—from grip correction for our beginner batches to biomechanical video analysis for our elite high-performance players. If you are joining us, expect to be pushed, whether it's through intensive basket drills with our coaching team or supervised point simulation matches that prepare you for the real pressure of AITA tournaments.
Our Approach to High-Performance Tennis
We operate on a simple philosophy: if you put in the work, we provide the path to results. Our facility at Modern School, Barakhamba, serves as a hub for players aiming to transition from recreational play to competitive ranking.
Why Our Training Works
- Elite Mentorship: Under the direction of Australian coach Todd Clark, our programs integrate ATP and ITF-certified methodologies. We focus on long-term athlete development rather than short-term fixes.
- Tournament-Ready Pathway: We don't just teach tennis; we manage your career. Our competitive programs include AITA tournament calendar planning and, for our elite athletes, guidance for US college scholarships.
- Holistic Development: Tennis requires more than just a forehand. Our training covers strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and tactical game sense. We even collaborate with performance experts to ensure our players are physically and mentally robust for the professional circuit.
Training Levels
- Foundation: For those starting out (ages 6-14 and adults). We focus on mechanics, stance, and basic stroke development using a ball progression system.
- Junior Competitive: A rigorous 6-day-a-week commitment combining 90 minutes of on-court drills with strength training. This is for players who are already competing or looking to enter the AITA circuit.
- High Performance: Our elite track. This involves 4-5 hours of daily training, specialized biomechanical analysis, and direct mentorship from Todd Clark.
We recommend a demo session to see if our intensity matches your goals. Whether you are aiming to follow in the footsteps of players like Niyati Kukreti or Mahika Khanna, the first step is getting on court with us.
