About Building Strength and Discipline
You won't find flashy, mirror-focused training here. Our conditioning sessions—like the battle rope drills and burpees you see—are designed specifically to push students past the point where they want to quit. We teach kids and adults that when the fatigue sets in, that is where the real training begins, not ends.
At Indian Combat Sports Academy, we view fear as an illusion that needs to be trained out of the body. Whether you are looking at our Foundation MMA program or the Competitive Track, the core philosophy remains the same: 'Ye jhel le' (Endure this).
We operate across Bengaluru, with academies in Jayanagar, Electronic City, and Whitefield. Our training structure is straightforward:

Our foundation batches (3 days a week) are perfect for those who want to build a baseline of discipline and self-defense without the pressure of live sparring. For those with the hunger to compete, our Competitive Track provides the intensity needed to prepare for state-level tournaments, complete with expert cornering and advanced strategy. Regardless of the program, you will sweat, you will learn respect, and you will walk out tougher than you walked in.
