Art is my way of connecting with the divine. I paint deities like Maa Durga and Lord Krishna, capturing their energy on canvas with complete focus and respect.
Jai Maa Durga. Here is the finished acrylic painting, capturing her divine feminine energy. I spent hours on the details of her crown and the serene yet powerful look in her eyes.
The very first step: the pencil outline on canvas. This is the foundation for my Maa Durga painting, ensuring all the proportions and details are perfect before I begin to add color.

My Approach to Divine Art
Painting deities is a form of meditation for me. It is not just about getting the proportions right; it is about capturing the specific emotion or energy associated with the figure. For a powerful piece like Maa Durga, I focus on the sharpness of the eyes and the detailing of the jewelry. For a softer subject like Lord Krishna, I lean towards warmer tones and fluid brushstrokes.
The Process

- Protection: Once the painting is dry, I apply a varnish (gloss or satin) to protect it from dust and UV fading. This ensures that the artwork stays vibrant for years to come.
