About Spiritual & Devotional Art
I use high-density acrylics and archival-grade varnishes on all my spiritual canvases, which means each piece needs about 15 to 25 hours of layering time to achieve the right depth. Because of this, please remember that every stroke is applied by hand, so the final result you receive is durable enough to resist fading in your home puja space or living room for years.
When you commission a piece of spiritual and devotional art, you are choosing a process that prioritizes connection over mass production. Whether it is a serene Shiv Parivar or a vibrant Bal Krishna, I focus on capturing the divine essence through careful blending and texture.
My Process
Every painting begins with a blank canvas and a lot of faith. I work primarily with heavy-body acrylics because they allow for the vibrant, deep colors that deities deserve. Once the painting is complete and fully dried, I apply a layer of archival varnish. This step is crucial for protecting the surface from dust and humidity, which are common concerns for paintings kept in home temples or prayer corners.
Choosing Your Size
- Small (12x16 inches): Perfect for bedside tables, shelves, or small puja nooks.
- Large (up to 24x36 inches): Best for living room centerpieces where you want the artwork to be a conversation starter.
I want your artwork to feel like it belongs in your home. If you have a specific size in mind or a deity you feel a personal connection with, let me know. I do not just copy images; I interpret them on canvas to ensure the energy feels right for your space. Please keep in mind that since I work by hand, I do require a lead time based on the complexity of the piece, so plan your orders accordingly if you have a specific date or festival in mind.
