A glimpse into our collaboration with Nadodi KL, featuring a refreshing Roku Gin cocktail. These events allow us to join forces with other culinary masterminds to create unforgettable, one-of-a-kind menus and experiences.

We were thrilled to make our Japan debut with a bar takeover at The Grey Room in Tokyo. Our Head of Bars, Varun Sharma, curated a special menu of seven cocktails, celebrating 15 years of Indian Accent on a global stage.

Our bar program travels with the same intensity as our kitchen. We focus on balancing our signature techniques, like milk clarification or sous-vide infusions, with the aesthetic and atmosphere of the host bar.
