Our inventive Indian philosophy travels far beyond our home in Delhi. From Tokyo to Perth and Chennai, we host intimate pop-ups and bar takeovers that bridge tradition with modern craft.

A glimpse into our collaboration with Nadodi KL, featuring a refreshing Roku Gin cocktail. These events allow us to join forces with other culinary masterminds to create unforgettable, one-of-a-kind menus and experiences.

We were thrilled to make our Japan debut with a bar takeover at The Grey Room in Tokyo. Our Head of Bars, Varun Sharma, curated a special menu of seven cocktails, celebrating 15 years of Indian Accent on a global stage.

This video captures the energy of our exclusive pop-up event at Crown Perth. Our Head Chef Rijul Gulati took guests on a culinary journey, showcasing our cutting-edge approach to modern Indian cuisine in Australia.

To celebrate 15 years of culinary excellence, we hosted an exclusive pop-up at Hyatt Regency Chennai. This video offers a peek into the six-course masterpiece menu crafted by Chef Shantanu Mehrotra for the occasion.

We partnered with Renaissance Ahmedabad Hotel for an iconic culinary crossover. This video highlights the artistry and precision that went into crafting our signature dishes for a special audience in Ahmedabad.

Our Christmas feast is a festive celebration of inventive Indian flavors. This video showcases highlights from the exclusive menu, including tandoori roast turkey and black carrot soft serve, paired with festive cocktails.

For Valentine's, we created the "Bitter-sweet Hearts" cocktail. This elegant drink, with its delicate orange peel garnish, was part of a special menu designed to celebrate romance with bold and playful flavors.

The "For the Mrs." was another Valentine's special, a beautiful two-toned cocktail garnished with rose petals. It was designed to be an irresistibly smooth and romantic pour for the occasion.

Completing our Valentine's trio was the "Mr. Casanova." This tall, sophisticated highball featured a unique garnish and was crafted to offer a bold and memorable flavor profile, perfect for raising a glass to love.

About Special Events & Collaborations

When we take our show on the road, it is never just a copy-paste of our Delhi menu. Our team travels with essential ingredients and precise prep techniques, but we always adapt to the local produce and the distinct rhythm of the host city. Whether it is a six-course sit-down at the Jaipur Marriott or a bar takeover in Tokyo, the goal is to make the space feel like an immediate extension of our home.
