At the bar, Ravi Rai, a finalist at the World Class bartender competition, drives our approach to mixology. Our cocktails are not merely drinks but narratives. By utilizing methods like milk clarification and sous-vide infusion, we create spirits that are complex, balanced, and deeply layered.
