About Corporate Events & Conferences
For corporate events, speed is key. My standard black-and-white sessions are designed to keep the queue moving, sketching 12 to 15 faces every hour so no one gets left out. If you have a larger crowd, I bring a team of trained artists to keep wait times low and the energy high across multiple stations.
Why Live Caricature Works for Corporate Groups
Corporate events can sometimes feel stiff, but live sketching changes the dynamic immediately. It’s an interactive icebreaker that gets people laughing at their own 'fun version'. Whether it is a formal conference, an annual day, or a casual team-building mixer, the goal is to get colleagues talking, teasing each other about their exaggerated features, and walking away with a personalized souvenir.
My Approach to Large Events
I have handled crowds ranging from small team lunches to conferences with 250+ attendees. For smaller setups, I work solo, focusing on quick, punchy B&W sketches. For larger corporate gatherings, I bring my team of artists. We set up multiple stations to ensure everyone gets a turn without standing in long lines.
Practical Details
- Format: I typically sketch on A4 or A3 cardstock using permanent markers. It is mess-free and fits perfectly into a corporate venue.
- Customization: For brand activations or product launches, I can add a small event hashtag or date on the paper.
- Travel: While I am based in Pune, I travel across Mumbai and the rest of India for corporate bookings. If you are planning an out-of-station event, just let me know the location and dates.
Booking Tips
- B&W vs. Color: If you have a large number of employees (over 50), I recommend sticking to B&W sketches. They are faster and allow me to cover more people in a 3-hour block. Color caricatures are great for smaller, more intimate team get-togethers where we have more time per person.
