Break the ice at your next office party or conference. I set up a live sketching station that turns employees and clients into quirky, handmade artwork—the perfect way to add energy and fun to any corporate gathering.

"Live doodles, loud giggles!" That's the motto at my corporate event booths. It's fantastic to see colleagues bond over their funny portraits.

From a quick sketch to a happy employee. My live caricatures are a great way to boost morale and add entertainment to any corporate function.

Creating smiles at an outdoor corporate event. The process is quick, fun, and the final artwork is a great conversation starter back at the office.

A happy employee from Urbanic with her caricature. It's always a pleasure to bring my art into the workplace.

Another great smile from the Urbanic team. My caricatures are a fun way to celebrate team members and their unique personalities.

Even the little ones get in on the fun at corporate family days. This father-son caricature is a heartwarming keepsake.

About this collection

When I set up for corporate events, I aim for a steady rhythm of 10 to 12 sketches per hour. This keeps the queue moving at conferences or mixers while giving your team or clients a genuine, handmade keepsake they will actually want to take back to their desks.

Why a Live Caricature Station Works

Corporate events can sometimes feel stiff. My goal is to add a bit of 'Live Caricature Buzz' to the room. By offering personalized, witty portraits, I give your team a shared activity that builds camaraderie. Whether it is a product launch, a family day, or a high-pressure conference, these sketches serve as an instant icebreaker.

The Setup & Process

I make sure to arrive with everything needed for a seamless execution. I bring the easel, professional markers, and high-quality cartridge paper. For corporate settings, I provide clear plastic sleeves so attendees can carry their artwork safely without it getting crinkled in their bags.

I offer two main ways to work:

  • Standard Station: 10 to 12 faces per hour. This allows for a bit more banter and interaction, which is great for mixers where building rapport is the priority.
  • Bulk/High-Footfall Package: 60 to 80 faces per day. If you have a massive crowd, I shift to a faster, black-and-white style to ensure as many people as possible get a sketch before the event wraps up.

What I Need From You

To make this work, I just need a small corner with two chairs, a side table, and good lighting—this is especially important for evening events. My signature style uses bold lines with a touch of yellow for pop. It is fast, it is fun, and it is a unique memento that your guests will likely keep on their office desks long after the event ends.
