Sustainable Bamboo Architecture & Custom Structures
From structural buildings to commercial restaurant interiors, we bring nature inside. We design and build entirely with bamboo, blending eco-friendly sustainability with modern engineering.
Take a walkthrough of the Silbatti restaurant, a space I built entirely from bamboo. This video showcases the handcrafted furniture, structural columns, and warm, earthy ambiance created using this sustainable material.
This before and after shot shows the interior transformation of the Silbatti restaurant. I took an empty, raw structure and turned it into a bustling dining space with custom bamboo walls, ceiling, and furniture.
Another before and after view, this time of the restaurant's seating area. The image demonstrates how I used bamboo to construct everything from the railings to the tables and chairs, creating a cohesive, natural environment.
The transformation of the staircase at Silbatti. I replaced a basic, unfinished stairway with a beautifully crafted bamboo staircase, complete with integrated lighting for a dramatic and welcoming entrance.
This collage celebrates World Bamboo Day and showcases the versatility of bamboo in my work. It features everything from bamboo structures and restaurant interiors to handcrafted products and lush gazebos.
An informational graphic explaining how I use bamboo in my projects. I incorporate it into construction, landscaping, interior design, and even product manufacturing to create functional and environmentally conscious designs.
Did you know bamboo is one of the fastest-growing plants on Earth? This graphic explains the sustainable properties of bamboo, which is why it is a cornerstone material in my eco-friendly design and architecture work.
About this collection
When building with bamboo, the most critical step is ensuring the raw material is treated properly to withstand our local climate. I do not just use bamboo for show; I engineer it for structural integrity, whether for a multi-story restaurant or a custom balcony structure. Before you decide on a design, let us discuss your site specific load requirements and exposure, because how we source and treat the poles will determine if your structure lasts for decades or just a few seasons.
Many people assume bamboo is only for light decor, but it is a serious structural material when handled with the right expertise. In my projects, like the Silbatti restaurant, we took an empty plot and built everything from the ground up using treated, high-grade bamboo. This includes structural columns, roofing trusses, and load-bearing walls that are as stable as they are beautiful.
My approach is design-to-build, which means you do not find yourself chasing different contractors for the plumbing, electrical, and structural framing. My team manages the site supervision directly, ensuring that the bamboo components are correctly cured and joined so they do not crack or warp with humidity.
Why consider bamboo architecture?
- Natural climate control: Bamboo structures naturally regulate temperature better than concrete, giving you a cooler, more breathable environment.
- Fast execution: Because we work with prefabricated bamboo joinery, we can often execute projects faster than traditional masonry.
- End-to-end management: From the first sketch to the final polish, we handle the electrical, plumbing, and structural planning so you get a finished, functional space.
Whether you are looking for a commercial structure in Bangalore or a private home retreat, my focus remains on precise joinery and aesthetic integrity. Jaisa aapka vision hai, waisa hi hum structure tayar karenge.
