About Featured
We keep our batches small, with only 8 to 12 students per session, so you actually get the hands-on manual spotting you need to nail those climbs. You don't need prior fitness experience to start; our instructors focus on building your grip strength and confidence from day one, using crash mats under every rigging point for total peace of mind.
Your Journey in the Air
Aerial arts are as much about mental focus as they are about physical strength. In our Gorai studio, we break down the movements so you can progress at your own speed.
What to Expect
- Aerial Silks: Learn to climb, wrap, and pose. We start with basic foot locks and work our way up to more complex sequences.
- Aerial Hoop (Lyra): Great for building core stability. You will learn dynamic shapes and transitions that build upper body endurance.
- Aerial Yoga: A more relaxed approach using hammocks, perfect for stretching and finding your flow.
Every 60-minute session begins with a 10-15 minute floor-based warm-up and conditioning routine. This isn't just to get your heart rate up—it's essential for prepping your muscles for the rig. We prioritize safety above all else. With 4 to 6-inch crash mats positioned under every apparatus, you can push your limits without the fear of hitting the floor.
Whether you opt for our 8-session monthly membership to see real progress or just want to try it out with a single drop-in session, you are walking into a space that values safety and fun over perfection. No need to worry about not being 'fit enough' to start—that's what the classes are for.
