About Our Blended Diploma Program: Theory & Practice
We move beyond textbooks to focus on the 'how'—how to present materials like the Pink Tower or Sandpaper Letters to a child. You will spend 450 hours in live, interactive online sessions to build your conceptual base, followed by 150 hours of intensive, in-person lab training at our Gurgaon, Noida, or Jaipur centres where you master the Montessori apparatus.

This is not just about earning a credential. It is about understanding the child. Our diploma program, awarded by the Indian Montessori Centre (IMC) in Bengaluru, is recognized by the Department of Education, Government of Karnataka, and is accepted by schools across India and internationally.

We do not believe in passive video learning. Our 450 hours of online theory are live and interactive, ensuring you can ask questions, debate, and gain clarity on child psychology from birth to age 6. The theory covers the Montessori philosophy, but we know that philosophy means nothing without application.
The Hands-On Reality
The 150 hours of in-person practicals are where the real shift happens. You will work with authentic wooden materials like geometric solids, bead materials, and movable alphabets. You are required to create 4 mandatory albums—Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, and Arithmetic—which become your personal guidebooks for your future teaching career.
