About Candid Moments & Family Joy
I do not believe in shouting instructions to line people up for photos. My approach is to blend into the background, catching the bride's nervous excitement as she gets ready or the groom’s friends having a laugh during the baraat. These natural, unforced moments are where the real memories live.
When you look back at your wedding photos ten or twenty years from now, you will not be looking for the perfectly staged group shots. You will be looking for the moment your mother wiped a tear during the vidaai, or the absolute chaos of laughter when friends lifted the groom during the reception. That is why I focus on candid photography.
I treat your wedding like a documentary. Whether it is a grand destination event in Bhimtal or an intimate gathering at a venue like The Umrao, my job is to capture the atmosphere. I use a 4-person team for standard events to ensure we have a dedicated candid photographer whose only job is to watch for these interactions. We use mirrorless cameras with low-light capability, so we do not need to set up intrusive lights that kill the vibe of your sangeet or mehendi.
My style is to stay out of the way. If you are having a fun moment with your cousins or sharing a quiet glance with your partner during the pheras, I want to capture that exact second. This is how we document the 'real' in your celebration, making sure every frame feels like a scene from your own life movie.
