ESTIMATESStandard POP False Ceiling with Cove Provisions
Framework and Boarding
Installation of 0.55mm thick Galvanized Iron channel grid fastened with heavy duty rawl plugs, covered with standard 12mm thick Gypsum or POP boards.
Taping and Jointing
Sealing of all board joints with fiber paper tape and 2 to 3 coats of jointing compound to prevent future hairline cracks.
Design and Shape
Standard straight line designs, including single step or double step peripheral trays designed to house hidden cove LED strips.
Electrical Wiring
Drawing 1mm or 1.5mm FR grade copper wire through flexible PVC pipes for designated light points, including circular cutouts for downlights. Note: Light fixtures and LED strips are excluded.
Finishing
Surface prepped with 2 coats of acrylic wall putty, sanded smooth, primed with 1 coat of water based interior primer, and finished with 2 coats of standard matte interior emulsion paint.

Supply and installation of 12mm or 18mm commercial grade plywood or High Density High Moisture Resistance boards securely battened to the masonry wall with anti termite treatment.
Surface Finishes
Choice of vertical PVC fluted panels, 1mm decorative laminates in glossy, matte, or faux marble finishes, or soft upholstered fabric panels with high density foam backing.
Joinery
Application of premium synthetic resin adhesives, masking tape pressing, and headless brad nails to ensure bubble free and seamless panel joints.
Decorative Inlays
Integration of 1 inch or 2 inch acrylic mirror strips in gold or rose gold finish, or metallic T profiles embedded into the paneling.
Integrated Lighting
Grooving out the base ply to flush mount aluminum LED profile channels, including hiding LED drivers and transformers behind the panels. Note: LED strips are excluded.

Precise cutting and finishing around existing wall sockets, switchboards, AC lines, and TV mounting brackets.

Material Supply
Procurement of moisture resistant High Density Polystyrene or Charcoal moulding beadings ranging from 1 inch to 2.5 inches in width.
Precision Installation
Laser leveled alignment and mitre saw cutting of corners at exact 45 degree angles to form perfect rectangles, squares, or custom arches directly on the bare wall.
Fixing Hardware
Securing mouldings to the wall using a combination of heavy duty silicone construction adhesives and pneumatic brad nails.
Seamless Detailing
Filling all nail holes and corner mitre joints with specialized wood putty, followed by thorough hand sanding to ensure joints are completely invisible to the touch.
Painting and Finishing
Masking off surrounding areas and applying 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of emulsion or PU paint directly over the moulding to exactly match the base wall color or to stand out in a contrasting accent color.

Plain chhat (ceiling) is old news. I do custom false ceiling design ideas that make your room look modern. Most of my work is clean, modern lines like tray ceilings. If you want something fancy, I can make curved or spiral designs around fans or chandeliers. POP ceiling work is my thing - I can create wavy designs that flow from ceiling to wall.

Design without proper lighting is incomplete. I fit lighting inside the design itself, so the mood and highlights are just right. Cove lighting for ceilings gives a cozy feel, backlights behind wall panels add depth, and sleek LED strips make everything look sharp.
Wall Paneling & Makeovers
One wall can become the focus of your room. I’ve done a lot of TV units and bed backdrops. Materials I use include fluted wall panels for texture, laminate or PVC panels for a marble look without the hassle, upholstered panels for comfort, and mirror panels to make the room look bigger and brighter.
