For me, a home isn’t just about four walls. It’s about how it feels, how light moves in a room, and the little details that make you pause and say, “that’s special.” My approach is muted, zen, and subtle, but with a spark that’s unmistakably Lalittya. Sure, we’ve been in Forbes and Architectural Digest, but honestly, nothing beats seeing an ordinary plot turn into someone’s sanctuary. I don’t do “cheap,” but I’m obsessed with value that lasts.

From scratch to the last cushion, I handle everything for new homes. One team, one vision - no running around between architect and contractor. I’ve built homes big and small, from 15,000 sq.ft. showstoppers to compact city pads. Projects run across India, from Gurugram to Chennai, Kolkata, and more.
What I Obsess Over
- Façade: Modern luxury with clean lines, big glass, open terraces, and lots of green. Love using concrete, wood, HPL cladding, and sometimes perforated metal for that extra twist.
- Structure: I don’t hide beams and forms; I flaunt them. Double-height rooms, bold cantilevers, sculptural staircases - each one gets its moment.
- Craftsmanship: Choti-choti cheezen mein maza aata hai (The joy is in the little details) - like HDF HMR with CNC cutting, wrapped in leatherette flutes. It’s the kind of stuff that most people won’t even notice, but I can’t stop thinking about.
