Creation of 2D furniture layouts focusing on flow and zoning. High-fidelity 3D renders for Living, Bedroom, Kitchen, and Bathrooms showing exact finishes.
Technical Documentation
Detailed reflected ceiling plans (RCP), electrical looping, plumbing layouts, and HVAC duct coordination. Precision joinery details for carpentry.
Material Selection
Accompanied visits to showrooms for selecting tiles, Italian marble slabs, veneers, and fabrics. Curation of art and rugs during the final styling phase.
Project Management
