About Dog Socialization Sessions
Why Socialization Matters
I've seen so many dogs in the city struggle with the basics - meeting new dogs, noise, crowds, even just a new park bench. Honestly, most of them just need to be understood. My goal? Help your dog become that cool, confident city dog who isn’t fazed by anything Bengaluru throws at them.
What Happens in a Session
- It’s not about commands, it’s about trust. Especially for those "pandemic puppies" who missed out on puppy socialization in Bangalore, I go slow so they feel safe.
- We practice focus and impulse control. That means ignoring tempting distractions, waiting calmly, or just chilling even when another dog is acting all hyper.
- Real-world distraction training is a big one. I take sessions out in the open - kids, bikes, barking dogs, you name it.
How I Work
- Every dog is different, so I mix it up – sometimes it’s one-on-one, other times it’s dog group playdates for supervised fun.
- For the little ones, I make their first adventures positive and playful. Long leash, new smells, and lots of encouragement.
- For anxious or overexcited dogs, I work on building calm confidence, especially for those living in busy apartment settings.
For the Hoomans
You’re just as much a part of this as your dog. Consistency from your side is key. I’ll guide you, but your involvement is what makes the training stick.

My Story
Hey, we’re Hoo-Dog, born and wagging in Namma Bengaluru. Dogs are our world, no joke. We started this because we’ve seen too many folks struggling with walks that turn into battles. Our motto? Train, don’t blame. Nothing beats watching a family bond with their pup, even before the little furball moves in. Happy dogs, happier hoomans – that’s what we live for. It’s all about creating pawsome families, not just ticking off a job.
