When you choose a floral design with fresh flowers, I always use pesticide-free blooms that are carefully tape-sealed, so the stems never touch the cake directly. It keeps the presentation food-safe, but remember that fresh flowers are best added shortly before serving to keep them looking vibrant. I’ll share a quick tip on how to remove them easily when you are ready to cut the cake.
