About Cricket Coaching for All Ages
I started this academy because I know the struggle of travelling hours just for a few minutes of batting. Main Borivali-Kandivali ka hi hoon (I’m from Borivali-Kandivali), and I wanted local kids to get top facilities right here, without the hassle.
Pitches Matter Most
I put my heart into making sure our turf wickets are top-notch. Even IPL teams and players like Dinesh Karthik have trained here and praised our pitches. If you care about playing on real, quality wickets, you’ll feel the difference.
How We Coach
Our mantra is simple: hardwork, dedication, discipline, determination, and repetition. We push you, but we also keep it fun. The grind is real, but so is the support.

- Batting, bowling, fielding, wicket-keeping - all with focused sessions
- Cricket-specific fitness using agility ladders, resistance bands, and more
- Mental performance workshops for focus and confidence
Who Can Join
We welcome everyone from beginners to intermediate players. Batches for U-12, U-14, U-16, U-19, and open age group. Flexible timings, weekdays and weekends.
Real Match Experience
You’ll play in MCA tournaments like Kanga League and Giles Shield, get exposure at iconic venues, and sometimes train with international squads. Our youth cricket training isn’t just nets - it’s about real matches and real growth.
My dream is simple: yahan se bachhe aage jaaye (kids from here go ahead) and play at the highest level. If you’re ready to work hard, I’m here.

My Story
Hi, we’re Homeground Cricket Academy, started by Paul Valthaty, ek Borivali-Kandivali ka ladka (boy from Borivali-Kandivali). Paul used to drag his kit bag to Churchgate for just a few minutes of batting, so he built this academy in Kandivali. We learned pitch-making from scratch, made sure our wickets are top class. Now, even IPL pros drop in. Our dream? Give kids here the chances Paul never had. Maybe one day, they’ll play for Mumbai or India.
My Work
Cricket coaching for every age - We train U-12 to Open age, with indoor and outdoor sessions for juniors and seniors.
Top-notch professional cricket pitches - Our wickets are famous - IPL players like Dinesh Karthik and Shubman Gill have trained here.
Cricket mental performance & fitness - We go beyond skills, working on focus, emotional control, and fitness for a winning mindset.
Real match experience in MCA Kanga League tournaments - Our players compete in major MCA events like Kanga League and Giles Shield for real exposure.
International cricket scholarship opportunities - Top students have trained at ICC Abu Dhabi, even practiced with England U-19 squads.
