Behind the Lens: How I Capture Your Wedding Story
I believe the best photos happen when you forget I am even there. Here is a look at the perspective behind my camera during live wedding moments.
A first-person view of my process during a wedding. This behind-the-scenes reel shows me directing portraits, capturing candid ceremony moments, and being right there to document the day as it unfolds.
About Behind The Lens
I do not spend your wedding day standing behind a tripod. To get the natural shots you see here, I move close to the action, often using compact gear that lets me blend into your crowd. This approach helps you relax, forget the camera, and stay in the moment while I handle the angles.
My goal is always to be a silent observer who catches the real emotion, not a director who stops the flow of your day. When you look at these behind-the-scenes glimpses, you will see how I adapt to different environments—from a packed Sangeet dance floor to the quiet, sacred space of a Nischithartha.
I rely on a mix of candid storytelling and fine-art portraiture. I am constantly looking for the light, the reflections, and the unscripted glances that make your wedding yours. For destination weddings, I use wide-angle shots and drones to make sure the location is part of the story, not just a backdrop.
Whether I am working with my associate photographer in a traditional temple setting or coordinating a full team for a cinematic production, the focus remains the same: capturing the feeling of being together. My team and I are there to document the story, which means we work around your schedule, your traditions, and your comfort. We do not stage moments; we wait for them to unfold naturally.
