Standard Banquet Hall Decor
Entrance & Walkway
- Floral Arch: 8ft x 10ft entry arch using high-quality silk flowers and fresh filler leaves (70:30 ratio).
- Welcome Display: Standard easel stand with printed foam board.
- Passage: 20ft Red or Green carpet runner.
- Aisle Props: 6 floral pedestals with cages or vases containing fresh Marigold or Roses.
Main Stage
- Dimensions: Covers stage width of 24ft to 30ft.
- Backdrop: Layered fabric draping (Velvet or Georgette) with central floral frame or rigid patches.
- Flooring: White or Printed PVC carpet to cover venue flooring.
- Furniture: Premium 3-seater couple sofa with 2 side chairs.
Lighting
- Fixtures: 10-12 LED PAR cans for color washing and 2 halogen face lights.
- Cabling: Basic wiring and masking included.
Themed Mandap & Hall Experience
Themed Mandap
- Structure: 10ft x 10ft 4-pillar structure (or 12ft circular).
- Design: Choice of Pichwai Art with CNC Jaali cutouts or Floral Cascade with heavy hanging tuberoses.
- Ritual Setup: Includes 2 low-height Bajots, 4 Patlas, and Havan Kund area.
- Effects: 4 Cold Pyro sparkler shots and Dry Ice Fog entry for Varmala.
Entrance & Aisle
- Tunnel: 15-20ft entrance tunnel draped with fairy lights or fabric swags.
- Signage: Custom Acrylic welcome signage with floral bordering.
- Pathway: Printed flex aisle runner or floral-lined path.
Guest Experience
- Centerpieces: 25 fresh floral table centerpieces (glass vases or brass urlis) with tea-lights.

- Entrance: Massive 12ft+ structural entrance (Bell Tower or Floral Peacock theme).
