- Transport: Includes trucking of all decor props, structures, and lighting from the Mumbai base.
- Crew Support: Travel, accommodation, and food for the setup crew are managed internally.
Grand Entrance & Walkways
- Structure: 20ft Fairy Light Tunnel or Checkerboard Floor walkway.
- Props: Large flanking elements like Roman pillars or 4ft chess pieces.
- Signage: Custom welcome boards and Hinglish directional signs.
Main Event Setup
