- Cooling: Provision of 2-4 industrial-sized portable air coolers suitable for non-AC shell structures.
- Seating: 50-75 Banquet chairs with standard polyester covers (Black/White) and satin sashes.
- Tables: 5-8 Round tables (4ft diameter) with full-length linens for client discussions.
Branding & Display
- Main Backdrop: 8x8 ft or 10x8 ft Flex banner mounted on a wooden frame.
- Signage: 2-4 Roll-up standees (6x3 ft) placed at the entrance and strategic corners.
- Registration: One counter table with skirting and a chair for guest check-in.
