We believe every artist deserves a stage. Our national-level online competitions like KALAKARI help you showcase your talent, gain recognition, and win cash prizes from anywhere in India.

Celebrating our winners is a core part of what we do. Here we feature Rashmita Behera from Punjab, the first prize winner in our "KALAKARI" online competition, who won for her unique and conceptual artwork.

We congratulate Kirti Jain from Punjab, the second prize winner in the "KALAKARI" competition. Her vibrant and intricate dot mandala artwork of a tree showcases a wonderful blend of traditional patterns and modern aesthetics.

Meet Shalini Sharma from Uttar Pradesh, our third prize winner in the "KALAKARI" online competition. Her painting of a vintage film projector demonstrates excellent control of light and shadow to create a nostalgic atmosphere.

We are proud to showcase young talent like Yumnam Rubi Devi from Manipur, the first prize winner in the junior category of our "KALAKARI" competition. Her expressive and imaginative painting shows remarkable artistic maturity.

Tshegyal Wangchuk from Sikkim was the second prize winner in our 5 to 17 years age group for the "KALAKARI" competition. His submission highlights a keen eye for capturing moments and telling stories through his art.

Avikshith Vasudevan from Tamil Nadu earned third prize in our junior category for his stunningly detailed Tanjore-style painting. This artwork is a testament to the incredible skill and dedication of young artists in traditional Indian art forms.

An entry from our "KALAKARI" online competition by artist Keerti Gogra. This vibrant painting of Lord Ganesha is a great example of the diverse and culturally rich artwork submitted by our talented community.

A moment from our in-person Rangoli Making Competition. Here, a participant receives a prize, celebrating the creativity and skill involved in this beautiful, traditional floor art form.

About Online Competitions & Artist Recognition

Our judging process is transparent and accessible, often using a hybrid model of public engagement followed by professional evaluation. This ensures your work gets both visibility with art lovers and constructive feedback from industry experts.

At Himanshu Art Institute, we see these competitions as more than just a contest. Whether you are submitting a pencil sketch or a digital painting, our goal is to give you a platform to be seen by curators and buyers across the country. Our events like KALAKARI and Creative Culture are designed to be inclusive, which is why we often keep them free of entry fees. We know that the first hurdle for many emerging artists is finding the confidence to share their work, so we handle the entire submission process with a focus on support rather than intimidation. Every participant receives digital certificates, and winners get national-level exposure, which is crucial for building a professional portfolio. We have seen artists from Manipur to Punjab join our community, and we treat every submission with the respect it deserves. If you have ever wanted to test your skills against a national audience, these contests are the perfect, low-pressure place to start.

We started this institute 15 years ago because we saw too many talented artists struggling to find a real platform. Our team focuses on building a community where you can learn, share, and grow, rather than just teaching you how to hold a brush.
