About Celebrating Our Stars: Contests & Awards
When a child joins our contests, it’s not just about winning a medal. We look for the story behind the art, the effort, and the unique perspective. Whether it is a sketch of a tiger or a craft project, every entry receives feedback because we want your child to feel proud of their creative voice.
Our philosophy is simple: Different is powerful. That is why our art contests are designed to be inclusive and encouraging for every age group, from toddlers to teens. We host these events online and in-studio to reach our community in Vikhroli West and beyond, attracting participants from across India and even the USA.
Why We Host Contests
We see many kids feeling left out of the creative process. Our contests, like 'Art Stars' or our seasonal festivals, remove the pressure to be perfect. Instead, we encourage themes that matter to kids, such as 'Nature Speaks' or 'My Favourite Animal.'
The Recognition Process
Every participant is a star in our eyes. We ensure that students receive recognition for their effort, whether through participation certificates, medals, or goodie bags. We believe this acknowledgment helps build confidence, social-emotional intelligence, and a sense of pride in their work.
How to Participate
We announce new themes regularly, covering drawing, clay modeling, and craft. Keep an eye on our upcoming schedule. You can submit entries digitally or visit our studio in Mumbai to showcase your child's latest masterpiece.
Om Kids Activities
I started Om Kids Activities to give children a space where their creativity is celebrated, not just corrected. I find joy in handing out that first certificate or medal, because I know that moment marks a shift in their confidence.
