The Process

We don't rush the chair time. A proper treatment takes 3 to 4 hours because we need to:

• Deep Clean: Remove all buildup so the formula penetrates.
• Precision Ironing: We use specific heat settings, passing the iron carefully to seal the product into every micro-section of your hair.
• First Wash: We handle the mandatory post-treatment wash at our studio, usually 48 hours later, so we can verify the results and fix any missed spots before you go.

Maintenance Tips

Once you leave, the hair is yours to manage. We always tell our clients: if you use a sulphate-based shampoo, you are washing away the investment you just made. We will walk you through the right sulphate-free routine so that your straight look lasts you for months, not weeks.
