About My Art & Process
I’m self-taught, and for me, the magic happens in the mix. I don’t use store-bought cones because I need full control over the quality. I make my own henna paste using natural ingredients, which is why I can guarantee that rich, dark stain. When you book me, you’re not just getting a design; you’re getting a paste that’s safe, fresh, and made with total care.
My philosophy is simple: I choose finishing over speed every time. As I often tell my clients, an artist has to decide what matters most. If I rush to finish a design, the clean lines, the crisp corners, and the delicate details that make your mehndi stand out will suffer. I prefer to take the extra time to ensure every stroke is perfect.
Everything you see here, from my practice sketches on paper to the way I roll my cones, comes from hours of dedicated practice. I use 100% natural henna powder, mixing it myself with essential oils to ensure it is safe for everyone, even kids. You won’t find any chemical additives in my work. The deep, reddish-brown stain you see in my gallery is the result of this natural paste, provided you follow the simple aftercare steps I suggest.
Whether I am creating a heavy, intricate Pakistani-style bridal piece or a simple Arabic vine, my process remains the same. I start by understanding the flow of your hand and then build the design layer by layer. This careful approach helps me avoid 'moye moye' moments where the design doesn't turn out as expected. When you hire me, you get a reliable Mumbai henna artist who treats your skin like a canvas and your occasion like it is my own.
