This vibrant, multi-colored canopy is my signature style for creating a festive and energetic atmosphere, perfect for a daytime Mehendi or Haldi event. I use long swathes of fabric to build a rainbow ceiling that instantly makes the space feel grand and joyful.
For a more elegant and sophisticated affair, I designed this stunning riverside engagement stage in Jim Corbett. The combination of white floral frames, grand chandeliers, and a clean white aisle creates a breathtaking focal point against the natural backdrop.
I love creating dramatic entrances for Sangeet nights. This design uses shimmering black drapes, cascading fairy lights, and pampas grass arrangements to build a glamorous and inviting walkway for your guests.
A classic Haldi ceremony setup, featuring a mandap draped in yellow and adorned with fresh flowers. The chevron-patterned floor and traditional seating create a perfect blend of modern design and timeless tradition.
Photo backdrops are essential, and I enjoy creating fun, memorable spots like this one. The wall of colorful Rajasthani umbrellas and bright fabric drapes provides a perfect, Instagram-worthy setting for guests.
This lakeside event shows my ability to work with a monochromatic color scheme. The shades of pink in the canopy, seating, and floral details create a soft, romantic, and modern look for a daytime function.
A circular floral arch creates a magical setting for an engagement or ring ceremony, especially at a scenic destination. This video shows how I combine a full floral ring with elegant draping and a chandelier for a truly romantic moment.
Making a grand statement is easy with a series of sunflower arches. This entrance I designed for a Haldi event creates a beautiful, immersive walkway for guests, leading to a Ganesha statue made entirely of marigolds.

My goal is to match the vibe you want, not just replicate a catalog photo.
At Hemant Events, I believe that no two weddings should look the same. My approach is simple: you give me a theme, and I build the environment around it. For home functions, I focus on maximizing space with clever draping and floral arrangements that do not overwhelm smaller rooms. When we move to farmhouses or open lawns, I shift to larger-scale productions like floral archways, truss lighting, and dedicated selfie zones that make an impact.
I have been working across Noida, Delhi, and destination spots since 2016. Because I manage the planning and decoration myself, I keep a close eye on the setup quality, especially for critical elements like stage lighting or floral freshness.
