Getting married away from home sounds dreamy, but planning it? That’s where most folks get stuck. I manage full-on destination weddings with my team - from picking locations to making sure the DJ shows up on time. We’re your one-stop crew for a stress-free shaadi.
What We Actually Do
- We chalk out your full plan: budget, timeline, every function (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, shaadi, reception).
- Scout venues you probably never heard of - riverside, forest, or classic resorts.
- All vendor coordination is on us - local food, music, decor, you name it.
- Logistics? You won’t have to chase after decor guys or lighting crew. We handle moving everything and everyone to your spot.
Where We’ve Pulled Off Magic
Mostly based in Noida, but we’ve worked our setups in places like Rishikesh (think Ganga riverside wedding setup), Jim Corbett for those forest wedding decor ideas, and Haridwar. We go wherever your wedding dreams take you in India.

My Story
Hey, I’m Hemant from Hemant Events. You know, people say we’re the best wedding planner in Noida, but honestly, it’s just me and my team putting our hearts into every detail. I love making Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies pop with colors and flowers. Big farmhouse shaadi or a simple home setup, we’re there, fixing up poolside mandaps, sangeet lights, first night room - all the little things. My work is my story, and I’m proud of it.
