Intimate Destination Decor (2 Days)
Logistics & Planning
- Includes round-trip trucking of inventory from Noida/Delhi to Rishikesh or Haridwar.
- Covers accommodation and food for the installation crew (8-10 staff) for 2 days.
- On-ground vendor coordination for layout and electrical points.
Day 1: Haldi & Mehendi
- Theme: Mela or Traditional Yellow theme using hot pink and orange drapes.
- Furniture: Baithak style lounge setup with mattresses, bolsters, and throw cushions.
- Props: Artificial marigold tassels, Rajasthani umbrellas, and a dedicated photobooth backdrop (Rickshaw or Swing).
- Audio: Basic PA system with a microphone for background music.
Day 2: Wedding & Dinner
- Mandap: Open-air 4-pillar Gazebo structure draped in pastel or red fabrics.
- Florals: Composition of 80% high-quality silk flowers and 20% fresh tuberose/roses for fragrance.
- Seating: Up to 100 Chiavari or Tiffany chairs (Gold/White).

- Multiple 17ft trucks for transporting heavy trussing and furniture to destinations like Jim Corbett.
- Includes Silent DG Set rental for power backup during main events.
- Crew of 20+ staff managed by a dedicated timeline manager.
Sangeet & Cocktail
- Visuals: 8ft x 12ft LED Video Wall mounted on professional Box Truss.
- Audio: Concert-grade Line-array sound system (JBL/RCF) for DJ.
- Lights: Intelligent rig with Sharpy beams, moving heads, and hazers.
- Decor: Glitzy theme with sequin drapes and a customized bar counter.
Grand Wedding
- Entry: 40ft Tunnel passage decor with foliage ceilings or chandeliers.
- Mandap: Luxury heavy structure with a 60% silk and 40% fresh flower mix (Orchids/Hydrangeas).
- SFX: Dry Ice (Cloud effect) for couple entry and Cold Pyro sparklers for Varmala.

- Scout venues you probably never heard of - riverside, forest, or classic resorts.
- All vendor coordination is on us - local food, music, decor, you name it.

Hey, I’m Hemant from Hemant Events. You know, people say we’re the best wedding planner in Noida, but honestly, it’s just me and my team putting our hearts into every detail. I love making Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies pop with colors and flowers.
